How long is it free?
The alpha and beta phases are expected to run through March 2027. You keep the same free Pro access as we move from alpha into beta. Beta is when we expect the core experience to work reliably, with testing and improvements still continuing. March is our current estimate, not a fixed cutoff. We’ll email you before free access ends, and you choose whether to subscribe. There is no automatic charge or trial countdown.
What will I pay after beta?
Sign up during this early-access period for a founding rate of $99 per project per month when paid plans begin. The standard rate will be $199 per project per month. Human and agent access is included, with no additional editor, agent, or viewer fee. Moving from alpha to beta does not start billing.
What counts as a project?
A project is a shared workspace for a business, client, or team. It has its own dashboards, analyses, data connections, branding, and permissions. Multiple dashboards and agents can share one project. The monthly price applies to each project, not each dashboard or person.
Does adding more people or agents increase the price?
No. You can work with your own coding assistant, connect a shared team agent, or give several agents their own access. The project price stays the same. Temporary helpers don’t become extra billable seats. Each person or agent still needs the appropriate permissions to access your data or change your work.
Does everyone need their own AI account?
No. One person can use Claude Code, Codex, or another supported coding assistant to build for the whole team. Everyone else can view dashboards, use filters, and receive reports or alerts without an AI account. Ongoing agents are optional, and you give them responsibilities in the agent app you choose.
Who pays for AI and warehouse usage?
You pay your AI provider and warehouse provider directly. Overscore doesn’t add AI credits, token charges, or a fee for each question. Your project subscription covers Overscore’s analytical tools, hosting, sharing, and collaboration. Your provider’s own usage limits and charges still apply.
Are there any usage limits?
Yes. Normal resource and rate limits keep projects reliable and prevent runaway automation. Scheduled refreshes can run as often as every 15 minutes. Upload sizes, query results, and request rates also have limits. Adding an agent doesn’t remove those limits or automatically increase your Overscore bill. If you need more capacity, talk to us.
What should I expect during alpha?
You can sign up and use Pro now. We’re still adding features and improving the experience, so expect some bugs and rough edges. We’re using Overscore ourselves and welcome your feedback. You don’t need a coupon or credit card to get started.
How does Done for You work?
We start by learning your business, your data, and what you want to accomplish. Then we scope an initial implementation and agree on a price before building. We can train your team and hand everything over, or continue maintaining and improving it with you. Pricing depends on your data, the scope, and the ongoing work you need. These optional services are priced separately from your Overscore subscription.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, Pro is free for now. Everyone signing up during alpha and beta gets the full Pro workspace, with no credit card or coupon needed. We expect this free testing period to run through March 2027. We haven’t settled on a separate permanent Free plan. Done for You implementation and support are paid services with an agreed custom price.
