Yes. Pro includes unlimited cached storage with no per-GB charges. The only safety limit is per-query: each cached result is capped at 500,000 rows so a single query can't accidentally consume excessive storage.
Editors can create dashboards, register queries, manage data connections, and deploy. The project owner counts as the first editor seat. Pro includes 3 editor seats total — typically the owner plus two teammates — and additional editors are $49/mo each. Viewers don't count toward editor seats.
No. Viewer seats are unlimited on Pro and Done-for-You plans. On the Free plan, you get 3 viewer seats. Viewers sign in with Google and can view and interact with dashboards but can't edit or deploy.

You get a dedicated analyst on your account who builds and maintains your dashboards. You tell us what data you have and what you want to see — we handle design, development, deployment, and ongoing updates. We can also do light data pipeline work to make sure the right data is flowing to your warehouse. Pricing is a one-time build fee plus a monthly retainer.
Absolutely. Many teams start building on their own and later bring us in for more complex dashboards or when they want to hand off maintenance. We can take over existing dashboards seamlessly.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. We never take down live dashboards because of plan changes.
